How to order Phở

Ingredients

Phở is served with bean sprouts, the most nutritious vegetable, and mints such as basil and saw-leaf herb.  Our broth is always made in house daily. Our top secret broth recipe is slowly cooked from eight to ten hours with beef bones or chicken whole and bones. It is infused with spices such as star anise, clove, onion, ginger, cinnamon and coriander to infuse health benefit and flavor. Phở includes a main course of meat: Usually beef (chicken is also a great substitute). You can ask for a variety of cuts and styles for your very own preference. We offer chicken's white or dark meat. Seafood lovers can try our delicious seafood Phở and for the more adventurous, you can order our signature spicy seafood Phở.

Ordering Phở

Beef-

1. Eye of Round Steak (Tai) - very lean, thinly sliced and prepared raw but it's cooked in the broth for tenderly great taste.

2. Lean Brisket (Chin) - Tender, juicy, and very lean.  Served well done and thinly sliced

3. Flank (Nam) - Tender and extremely flavorful.  Since this topping is marbled with fat, it 's very juicy.  Served well done

4.  Fatty Brisket (Gau) - crunchy-chewy texture like bacon.  Although it contains higher fat content than other toppings, its rich flavor makes it truly desirable.

5.  Tendon (Gan) - delicately soft and chewy texture

6.  Tripe (Sach) - stringly texture makes unique taste.  it's the part of the beef intestinal linings.

7.  Skirt Flank (Ve Don) - a mixture of flank and lined with crunchy fat makes a flavorful part of meat.

8.  Beef Meat Ball (Bo Vien) - a mixture of beef meat and tendon makes a chewy and yet delicious meat choice.

Order sliced onions in vinegar (hanh dam) and iced coffee in condensed milk (cafe sua da) to make the meal more complete of different flavors.
